Tapir
June 2015: new mates on the farm

Recently our staff member Gilberth discovered a tapir family who chose our farm as its home. They seem to feel quite cozy.

The tasting of our first test chocolates: how dark is dark enough? Which roasting process brings out the best aromas? En route to chocolate. We tasted the Finca La Amistad Couverture with different roasting and conching methods and times. What an adventure!
